Remove blanks and duplicates
Power Query cleans data in recorded steps you can replay every time a new export arrives, so you never repeat the work by hand.
This export has a blank row and a customer listed twice.
Add the Remove blank rows and Remove duplicates steps, then check your answer.
Tidy the customer names
Each Power Query step changes one column at a time. These names have stray spaces and no capital letters.
With Customer chosen as the column, add Trim spaces and then Capitalise each word.
Keep one city
Filtering in Power Query keeps only the rows you want in the final table.
Choose City as the column, type Leeds as the value, and click Keep rows equal to. You can remove the blank row first if you like; only the result is checked.
Try it in a real spreadsheet
Every step checks your answer instantly and tells you exactly what to fix.
