Using ExcelPractices

ExcelPractices is an online service for practising spreadsheet skills. By using it you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

Your account

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information, and do not share paid access with others.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break or overload the service, get around payment or access controls, manipulate points, leaderboards or certificates, or copy our lessons and exercises in bulk.

Our content

Lessons, exercises, datasets and the site's design belong to ExcelPractices. Your membership lets you use them for your own learning. Project files you download may be used for your own practice.

Paid memberships

Paid plans and their prices are shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and handles sales tax. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your profile, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Certificates

Our certificates show that you completed activities on ExcelPractices. They are not Microsoft certifications or formal qualifications.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but it is provided as is. Our practice sheet imitates spreadsheet behaviour and may differ from Microsoft Excel in some cases. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the law where you live.

Ending your use

You can delete your account from your profile page at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
