Sort by dates and numbers, and filter to several values at once.

Sort oldest first
Sorting by date puts events in the order they happened. Sort A to Z on a date column means oldest first.
Click any date in column A, then click Sort A→Z.
Sort amounts smallest first
Click any amount in column C, then click Sort A→Z.
Filter to two regions
A filter can show several values at once.
Click a region in column B, click Filter, tick East and West only, then click Apply filter.
